The genie grants you a wish. What is it?
Give me the opportunity to have my own children. You don’t have to fix my health or body, but give me a better chance at potentially conceiving my own children. I’ve gotten to a point in my life that I know I would be open to having children despite following the rhetoric of child-free since I was very young. However, having my chances halved with zero prospects of a life-long partner, my hopes are at the bottom of the dumpster. I’ve always planned my life alone and I have similar ideas about raising children. I would be a single mother because I cannot rely or expect someone to stay by my side. I have been looking into IVF and how much it would cost to get a donor, hopefully I can save enough so I can do that and afford a small condo. It feels so oppressive and out of my hands, but I definitely am a dreamer.
